Treatment options for varicose veins have improved significantly in recent years, and now a myriad of minimally invasive procedures are available. All of the treatment options mentioned below can be performed in an out-patient setting in our Interventional Center, without requiring a hospital stay.

Our vein experts combine state-of-the-art technology with decades of expertise to bring you the relief you’ve been searching for.

Venous angioplasty opens obstructed veins that can result in swelling by inflating a small balloon within the vessel.

Endovenous Ablation Therapy uses lasers or radiowaves to create heat to close off the affected vein. A tiny cut is made in your skin near the vein and a catheter – a small tube – is inserted into the vein. A device at the tip of the tube heats up the inside of the vein and closes it off. This is one of the most common procedures we complete in our Interventional Center. It takes less than an hour and you will be able to go home in a few hours, and return to normal activities the next day!

Sclerotherapy is a cosmetic treatment used for spider veins. Saline or a foam solution is injected into the surface veins, reducing their appearance.
